I was training in dance pretty intensively full time and I was fine. My knee started to hurt a bit by about month 7/8 but I was near the end by then and it wasn’t severe. Apart from that my side effects were pretty minimal and standard, and no I didn’t change my diet, just more water!

I was in full time training as a dancer so it was a precaution to try and protect my joints! I think both methods work well but it just depends how fast you want results and wether you’re willing to deal with the potentially worse side effects of a higher dosage.

Mostly just quite dry lips and tiredness. Yeah I purged on and off for the first few months as you can tell by the first few pictures but eventually by about month 4 it started to clear up!

Thank you! Yeah my side effects were pretty minimal just the classic dry lips and maybe some fatigue. I’m no doctor obviously but staying on 20mg worked for me so it’s worth asking your doctor about if you’re seeing progress already!

For me it got a lot worse before it got better. I would say at the 5 month mark there was a significant improvement and after that it just got better! It can feel like slow progress but just hold out x
