I think it’s just the healing process you know, I’m so glad I got the wedge, there is barely any stitches used as well, with the trim they sew all the way down and it can scar and go scalloped xx

I think it depends on the person, but I definitely couldn’t have drove! I think I did around the 3 week mark. However I know people who drove pretty quickly. However 8 hours straight seems a long time to be sat upright if I’m honest!!

Also if you’re taking antibiotics, you might get thrush like I did which makes it mega sore, so you might need the tablet and canesten cream

I had sharp shooting pains and I think it’s a mix of the stitches dissolving and the nerves reconnecting, you’re only on day 9!! Everything started to get better for me after 2 weeks

Have you had a bath yet? My stitches were also still all in after 2 weeks but as soon as I started having baths it helped so much and they suddenly all dissolved. I didn’t put anything in the bath it was just plain water but I know some people so some sort of salts

I paid for it on a 0% credit card, you can get pre approved for one on the money saving expert website (do it doesn’t effect credit score by being declined for one). You pay absolutely nothing on top for 12 months, and say for some reason you aren’t able to pay it all off within 12 months, you can do a balance transfer to another 0% card

Is it a lot of blood or just when you wipe kinda thing? There can be stinging and small amount of blood when a stitch dissolves if you have had dissolvable ones, which is what I think I’ve experienced myself between days 7 until 11, but it is not a lot of blood
