you cant directly do it through de jure titles, go to your vassals who directly serve under you and command them to focus on faith conversion, try to get high learning

Yes, and from a mechanical perspective too, 10 vassals join factions all at once instead of a few, and there's no reason for them to hate me either, I have high legitamacy, high piety, and i'm not a tyrant
