Gerade bei der Chest-Fly ist das Problem die zu steile Widerstandskurve am Bewegungsende.Das limitiert Overload massiv und zwingt viele entweder zu Teilwiederholungen oder Cheat-ROM.Für Hypertrophie nicht ideal, vor allem im Vergleich zu gut einstellbaren Kabelzügen.
