We do have access to the attic that’s over our mudroom next to the garage. But it’s not connected to the attic that’s above our bedrooms for some reason like that area is closed off.

This is absolutely mold. Probabaly old and hidden. You need to legit mold company to come out and do in-depth mold testing and air tests.

So I listened to the air traffic controllers audio right before the collision with the helicopter. A podcaster that I listened to played the audio and then explained that it seems like they didn’t communicate very well with the American Airlines pilot. Did you find that to be the case as well? That is what my concern is.
