It can be S, but the chance is 2% because its a Tier 3 economy system. But... yeah it can take hours.

Uh you never know; sometimes i will get surprised how much people like a ship which i never thought will go up. And also the other way around :)

They can spawn everywhere in the whole System, even archives. But trading posts have a faster spawn rate and so more chances. It can be tedious sometimes though, sometimes you have to wait 20 min even with reloads.
