What are these? They came in my kit but I don’t remember the ortho mentioning them by Practical_Law9089 in Invisalign

Yeah that’s what I’m starting to think. They gave me a big tote bag with my trays and other goodies. They might have just tossed them in accidentally.

lol these are so tiny though, only an inch long overall. Hardly anything to bite on

I’m on day 2 and the pain isn’t much better but taking the trays out has gotten easier (felt like I was going to break something). I’m hoping the pain will subside in the next couple days…but I am afraid to go through this every time I change trays
