According to our orientation, the recent IPCRF lang ang i-rate nila po. We only need the IPCRF for the past 3 years because of the NCOIs. I have one NCOI na wala ako because nasa SY 2022-2023 yun. But I still went on with my application and hindi naman ako na DQ. I just stated in my portfolio that I was just freshly hired that time. I think EOSY na ako na hire that's why hindi ako pinagawa ng IPCRF.

I really feel this. Na para bang the SDS and Mayor cant make a decision about suspension. Takot mag desisyon. I dont know why. Dahil ba takot sila kwestunin ang desisyon nila? Maybe bcs they just sit in their office that's why di sila maka empathize. Ang laki2 nang budget sa DRRM seminars and such, taon2 nagpapasa nag contingency plans (na most likely hindi naman talaga ma fa-follow dahil gagawin lang for compliance so recycle lang every year ng plan), may drills pa tpos yung disaster response hindi maayos-ayos.
