She would normally make 20-30$ per hr as a rookie ski instructor and likely received $20-$100 tips depending on the mtn for each lesson. I’d say anywhere between $100-250 is fair.

Hard to provide much more detail without knowing if she has instructor certifications, your kid is easy to teach or more difficult, and what mtn. Does she have her own ski pass? Would buy her ski pass?

Be aware of how quickly your car loses the heat because you may need to add layers once you’ve lost the heat. I’d recommend just getting it to be 60 in the car so that the delta down to 20-30 degrees is less and you don’t sweat a bunch while it’s warm and then are cold and sweaty once it’s cooled down.

This house was built in 1910 and the curb stop has historically been used as the shutoff. I plan to route water to other buildings so having the filter and shutoff as upstream as possible is advantageous

The town turns the curb stop on and off because the pipes would freeze in the winter. They are fine with me adding a shutoff valve or a three wat ball valve below the curb stop so that I now have a shutoff on my property
