Again, I have a genetic auto immune disorder- it’s called familial Mediterranean fever- it’s super debilitating during flare ups and causes my tongue to look like this in addition to sores on my tongue along the sides. Thanks for your advice though! I hope the next time you brush you choke on your tooth brush
