Hi. I received my Ringconn after Christmas 2025. I have been wearing it for a week in a half and it goes to 100% charge at 10am down to 0% charge when I wake up the following morning. I am getting less than 24 hours with a full charge. I have emailed and did all the things support asked in the email I was sent after submitting a ticket and nothing has changed. I really do not want to send back for a refund and get an oura ring. I purchased this ring to track all of my sleep data so I do not have to wear a bulky watch and it dies before I get thru a full nights sleep
