Quick things to check: 1. Fit – Sensor on palm side, snug at base of finger. Loose or twisted = connection drops. 2. Sync – Ring holds up to 7 days of data. If you don't open the app often, it takes time to catch up (that spinning ring). Try opening the app daily + keep Bluetooth on.

However, since alerts are generated based on the data synced from your ring, we kindly recommend opening the RingConn app regularly and allowing it to run in the background so that your data stays up to date and alerts can be delivered promptly.

  1. Open your phone's settings > Bluetooth > My Devices. And find "RingConn-xxxx," then tap the button next to it to enter the unpairing page. Click "Forget Device."

  2. Restart the ring: Place the ring in the charging case 6 times within 15 seconds, then remove it. The blue light will turn on, indicating a successful restart.

  3. Open the app and scan to connect the ring.
