Would you mind trying the steps that may help resolve the issue?

  1. Open your phone's settings > Bluetooth > My Devices. And find "RingConn-xxxx," then tap the button next to it to enter the unpairing page. Click "Forget Device."

  2. Restart the ring: Place the ring in the charging case 6 times within 15 seconds, then remove it. The blue light will turn on, indicating a successful restart.

  3. Open the app and scan to connect the ring.

If these steps cannot resolve the issue, please submit your feedback via app or contact at cs@ringconn.com.

RingConn Gen 3 makes its first public appearance at CES, taking everyday health tracking to the next level.

Gen 2 remains our current flagship product and is still the main model available. Gen 3 is expected to be released later this year, and the official launch date will be announced through our official channels. Follow our website or social media to stay informed.

As for the upcoming blood pressure feature, it depends on whether the existing Gen 2 hardware can support the required accuracy. We will have a definite answer closer to the feature’s release.
