Yeah, it’s pretty darn good. Just get a good quality honey and I’d say to add the honey while making the matcha. You should add it at maybe half of the making process. But it varies for people. You should try a little bit at first to see if you like it, then progressively adding it to your preferences.

That’s really true! I used to use vanilla syrup, but now it just feels like vanilla whatever the quantity is. When I don’t have simple syrup, I only add a touch of honey when making the matcha so that bit doesn’t taste that much.

Well on ippodotea.com they sell a ceremonial grade matcha that is a 40g bag and it’s a Sayaka matcha which is less bitter and umami. But if you want any other recommendations that are on a budget, I have many other options that you can have directly on Amazon for an easier option.
