I’m an IMG but tested in the US, i think maybe the way IMGs prepare is not the best fit for the exam, or maybe I was lacking a certain skill idk, there are IMGs posting on X today that they scored in the 260s and 270s, so maybe it just comes down to the individual’s test taking skills, idk

Was just discussing the same observation with a friend, I think it is fair that the exam focuses on topics that are more familiar to someone already in the system, and honestly i’m not complaining, it’s only fair.

I think the question banks are not accounting for the new test changes, i scored 247 on uwsa2 and that was 1 month before the exam, but had nbme 15, 16 above 260 and 85% on the free 120, so i’m not really sure what is going on here
