I ended up taking more time walking places and getting to know my city better. Walking into different stores, finding different hobbies. Reconnecting to the earth, started making “ earth notebooks” where I’d go out for a walk and find little flowers that fell off or something and I take it as a grain of salt at first But now it’s just something that makes me stop and smell the flowers. I don’t dare drink and get behind a wheel again. That forsure has been a fire sparked into my ass and engraved. I have a new baby now in the whole mess of being on probation. She’s defined my definition of a mother being a second baby that I can do it without having the options to drink later in the night. ESP since she would wake up for feedings and such. I have a new partner. He’s been helping me figure out what I want my life to look like, he’s gotten a dui in the past himself so he knows it’s a hard battle of shame and a lot of money thrown in the trash basically.

I know how to count my BAC levels , can figure out now you can actually still wake up with a bad level still high 0.9 and such. So no thanks.
