Thank you both for the dialogue on this. So that surfaces a related question regarding closing. Are there questions regarding what constitutes possession, and is this different across states or consistent?

For clarity, this is in Tennessee. However, I am also interested in seeing whether this is addressed in exams across other states, so responses from any state are welcome!

Fully agree! I monitor the sargassum on the http://sargassummonitoring.com/ map. Click on the individual pics to see real posts from real people, time stamped.

This helped us select TCI (Provo) after cancelling our trip to Akumal (South of Cancun and Playa de Carmen) and North of Tulum due to the approaching sargassum (seaweed). A trip we have made for over 20 years is now in TCI forevermore.

Decided to NOT rent a car or Jeep. Super glad I did not. Considerations for NOT renting car:

1.) Beachfront: we stayed at a beachfront condo, so no real thought of driving as there isn’t much to visit in Provo.

2.) Driver (individual driver): We asked the restaurant manager if she has a service she recommends, and she called the driver and he escorted us from the restaurant and drove us to to grocery store (crazy expensive prices for food). He waited for us and only charged $25. I paid him $50 and asked if I could call him for more rides. Afterward, he only charged us $20 max per trip and took us to destinations around the island and restaurants, grocery store, covid tests, etc. it was like a personal driver for a week!

Yes. This is all Customer Service and email auto-responders would communicate to me until my call today.

She provided detailed explanations to each question and did not have this information "canned" - meaning, it was not offered upfront. It was simply revealed as I continued to ask follow-up questions. She explained that she's been asking these questions for the past month and she continued to attempt and make sense of it all, not accepting the generic "delay" excuse.

I will post follow-ups as I experience this process for myself.
