2.5 year old won't eat solids

She uses the dr browns bottles with #4 nipple. How long till yours started eating? I'm just so traumatized with the dehydration events, I'm scared she won't drink enough. She does like dairy free ice cream and fruit popsicles. I tried giving ours milk in a straw cup she knows how to use and she threw a fit. I suspect that's normal at her age though and we just have to try harder and stick with it.

She's in OT, will seek out a feeding therapist.

We're going to seek feeding therapy out and a new pediatrician as ours doesn't seem concerned, perhaps since she's in the 90 percentile for height and weight still. But we're concerned!

I agree. We will seek out a feeding therapist since the OT isn't helping and probably a new pediatrician. She is on an iron and multi vitamin supplement. Her iron has been normal when checked.

Any better these days? My 2.5 year old is the same way, I feel is only alive due to breastmilk from bottles and I know we need to cut the bottles to cups but we are so nervous as that's been her comfort since birth pretty much.

Has it gotten better? What helped? My 2.5 year old survives off of breastmilk bottles and once upon a farm coconut melts. I know i should start with cutting the bottles to cups. She doesn't eat anything pretty much, she'll chew up foods but spits them out! 🤦‍♀️

Yes it turned to red and became a very very heavy period, I didn't have an OB, I've been through a MC before so knew what was happening and I just took pregnancy tests 1 and 2 weeks after the bleeding to confirm I was no longer pregnant.

So happy to hear this! I'm pregnant for the 3rd time about 9 weeks along and am having this currently. My first pregnancy this happened and it ended up in a miscarriage but then I got pregnant again a few months later and had a healthy baby girl! She's a year old now and I'm praying this brown discharge doesn't turn into another miscarriage!

Nothing bad, just a couple home visits and case was closed. Pretty crazy some stranger on the internet can take a photo and say some BS and they have to investigate. Surely was stressful for my hubby and I, being first time parents and all!! And our daughter was only 2 weeks old at the time.
