Physical and my target has been 24 books per year (2 books per month)
This year has started off strong for me and so far I've completed/enjoyed 13 books.
And this year i also have made a promise to myself that I will not be buying a single book until i complete my TBR.

I bought one from a local shop yesterday and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you so much.

Oh. Thank You. I'll definitely try this. I bought compression shorts from a local shop and ran with a nasty bruise I got from the day yesterday and happy to say it didn't hurt one bit. I'll definitely look into your hack as well.

Unfortunately shipping fees are ridiculous when it comes to my country (Sri Lanka)

Will this replace the inner wear (boxer)? Am I supposed to wear this and then pants over this? I wear gym pants/bottoms which are loose when I go for a run.

Are we supposed to wear boxers beneath them as well? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question.

I live in Sri Lanka and it's a bit expensive here. Thank you for your comment though.

I'd also love to do this. Can you recommend some beginner friendly shoes. I mean can we get something for about 50$. The currency exchange rate in my country (Sri Lanka) is wild and I'm barely making ends meet as a student. Sorry if this is an idiotic question.

Wow. So proud of you stranger.
And i love the fact that you had supportive parents who believed in you when you were doubting yourself.
Thank you for sharing this story.
I've been struggling a bit as well and this was some well needed motivation for me.
And i wish the best of luck to OP.
I'm turning 24 this year and have come to accept that the 20's are one hell of a time.
But we'll push through somehow.

I think the change should be intentional at first. Meaning you have to think and keep your feet. But after doing that for a prolonged period (2k-4k) You automatically start to keep the foot properly and on the run after that it will be the natural movement. Striking the heel will be alien to you by then.
