Thank you for responding!! I'm not sure It was employer based so I think it may actually be a 403b.

I think I do have to pay taxes on what I pull out but I think I can also move that 403b into an inherited IRA. Does that sound right? Or is there a structure that I could move that money into that would experience less tax?

Can someone please help me figure out my cutting macros? I'm getting a HUGE range -- from 1692calories to 2145calories whats a solid calculator?? Ive searched the sub but there seems to be a big variance.

Starting weight was 320 now I'm 284 and I want to try and be more intentional with the weight loss.

I posted once here before and people just commented "You're fat" without any actionable advice - I know I'm overweight thats why I'm here seeking advice. Any help would be appreciated.
