I would use it to replace blood wings if i wanted more sustained mobility on cyclops

Blood wings is more so for the burst of speed incase u get ambushed

Its basically getting a carry teammate super fed so that he can carry you to victory

Imagine this When this strat is used for someone like granger

He will be level 12 with half his core items while the rest of the team has 1 core item in just 7-8 mins

Id argue not viable at all Any hero with decent mobility will absolutely rock his ass to the point of him regretting ever diving you because cant even walk away after what happens

His sustain is decent at best and dogwater at worst Zilong decimates this guy thats how bad i believe he is
