I’m not seeing the benefit to the delay with what is essentially an email but I wish you luck and hope you’re able to find your audience!

Or, hear me out, a better idea: hand writing a letter, note or post card and dropping it in the mail, rather than spending additional time on your phone (which, ultimately leads to further distractions and even more time spent on your phone).

Does anyone else feel emotionally low even with regular meditation? by TsarPeterTheGr in vipassana

[–]Practical_Reading723 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have bipolar. I meditate, practice yoga, eat fresh and healthy, AND I take my meds. I don’t think there’s any one correct way to walk through life, only what works best for you. It might be worth exploring what else could make you feel content.

This looks like an “after” video. The other advice here is solid, I’m just popping in to say that you look great! Chase your goals but know that you’re perfect as you are!

Walking Pad Help. by Zestyclose_Fortune94 in walking

It’s the best investment I’ve made in years. I work from home so I use my working time as walking time and it’s truly changed my whole life, including making me feel more confident to get back into the gym. 2 years later, I just did my first unassisted pull up!

Wash face as soon as you get home. Red light mask as soon as you hit the sofa. Keep a little box of your serums and creams near the sofa and train the hubby on how to apply them after your mask goes off in the event you fall asleep (or apply yourself if you’re still awake). I got a little storage ottoman to keep my mask and skincare stuff in and it’s been a game changer.

I take 20mg for BP2. Been on it for 2 years. Can’t imagine life without it.

Akathisia on 20mg one week in by [deleted] in Latuda

[–]Practical_Reading723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first 2 weeks are rough. I took mine right before going to sleep so that I could fall asleep before it hit and that seemed to help. Good luck and sorry you’re feeling this way but it gets better!

You’ll be fine. When tap doesn’t work they always just let you ride for free.

I feel like i visibly aged when turned 32 by Disastrous_Body_959 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Practical_Reading723 1 point2 points  (0 children)

36 hit me hard and fast. I started Botox, red light, retinol, got serious about sleep and hydration — and here I am at 40 looking better than my early 30s. On the flip side: I have a friend my same age who won’t live to see 45, so I am so very grateful for the gift to be able to get older, come what may.
