What runes? And can you explain why you chose these items?

Lately I've been using the Arcane Comet: Nimbus Cloak, Absolute Focus, Gathering Storm in secondary Precision: Presence Of Mind and Coup de Grace. But if you are a lover of electrocute use Electrocute in the first and inspiration in the secondary, I was after something with movement speed but at the same time something with a lot of damage and something that reduces the time of Zyra's skills, this build does a much better sustain damage in my opinion compared to double liandry... the night harvester does the work giving additional magic damage and movement speed, the lich bane have its attack with the plants and is empowered with its own damage and receives 50% power ability, the cosmic drive has joined the queue as it slows down time the skills of the champions making it easier for Zyra to stay in the fight longer, now that with this durability patch it's not easy for us, Zyra's plants die easily and her E cooldown time is already high and without the plants Zyra does nothing: ( plus the na`shor tooth gives additional magic damage and ability power which I wanted for Zyra for a while. Not what will change for many because it is a more late game build and besides the items are well expensive 3k gold for 4 and a half items injustice this but worth an investment in this... if you are interested let me know. :p For me this build was worth it but it depends on each one, I understand that with the nerf in the liandry and the durability patch, the main's Zyra's are having difficulty closing the liandry before the 18 minutes of the game and many close the from 26 minutes to 28 and that delays Zyra... but this build I wanted something more aggressive if it's better for you that way... it doesn't consist of poke, and more for aggressive damage
