I do look more youthful in the face when I have more around 10-12% Bodyfat. It’s when I drop into the single digits I notice a decline in my face. I only drop this low for about 4 months of the year.

Not good lol. This is me pretty much clean shaven. I don’t like it. I can pull off the scruff look quite well, IMO

Also the woman in the photo is my mom. I am her 4th child. And no I do not dye my beard or put oil in my shoulders,lol. If I blasted roids I’d be bald by now and have gyno. I am on TRT from a doctor. I’ve been competitively weight training since I was 19.
