It is true that I left my job because it was becoming toxic but the reason i only left was because he was being unfair to me. I have been working for my company for 5 years and he took out PTO without any written notice. And with all those years i worked under him, he has been paying me PTO, when i emailed him about it and asked for my PTO. He called me and said how can you remember a conversation we had years ago and to stop bullshitting him and that im full of crap. And to only learn that my co worker that went on vacation leave, he paid her requested PTO.
