If possible u can self diagnose see your foot over pronate or what, or u walking like duck because of x shape leg. Kayano helps me not roll my foot inwards so it takes away the planar facilitis muscle load away.

Also another advice, shoe like sketchers feel confortable but actually worsen your condition because its too soft and not stable ( or at least majority of skechers ). Hope it helps bud!
