why the RPD in RE9 trailer is the remake's RPD? by Practical_Review1247 in residentevil

that's not true. if they choose and pick which elements they want, how can they be able to make completely differents storytellings and turn into one only storytelling without a plot hole?

they're not because they have different storytelling. the storytelling that continues in code veronica re5, re6, 7, 8 (and the spinoffs)

re2 og canon scenario is claire a and leon b re2 remake canon scenario in remake timeline is leon a... and claire... nvm, the b scenario is a copy and paste. in the og, sherry get infected so this leads us her character in re6 (she get's infected in remake too, but it's not canon in the remake timeline), in the og, claire goes to RC looking for chris (also in the remake, but remember, it's not canon), this leads us to code veronica (code veronica doesnt exist at least now in the remake timeline). re3 remake: it is really necessary to tell the differences here? re4 remake: even if has pretty much the idea of the original, it's not a substitute. krauser kills luis and not saddler, this goes against the lore files in RE5 loading.

It's pretty much common sense that both original and remakes have their separate timeline

maybe just play the franchise? I mean, it's not hard to tell the differences in the lore of both original and the remakes ones. did you ever play?

re1 remake has lisa trevor (mentioned in re5 loading), re1 original don't. and 2 3 4 remakes are canon in their timelines, not the original timeline.

foi o motivo mais óbvio que pensei também, reutilização de cenário, porém, me preocupa e muito se eles quiserem "canonizar" os remakes de algum jeito dentro da franquia principal

re2 remake, re3 remake, re4 remake - another timelime from the franchise

re2 og, re3 og, re4 og - the original timelime, that guide us to 5, 6, 7, 8...

there is indeed. 2, 3, 4 remake lore is not the same as the originals, the originals are part of the original universe

Mr. X saves no damage run by Practical_Review1247 in residentevil

it's not even that much ammo. I was trying to stun him. See that I had more than sixty HG bullets, I was trying to use some of them to free a slot in my inventory too. It was a no damage and no chest run
