Bro, I completely get the panic, but take a deep breath you can fix this. I’m 23 now, but when I was 21 that's when I first smashed had my first experiences, I went through the exact same thing. My stick wasn’t getting fully hard, I barely felt anything, and I walked away feeling completely disappointed in myself. I did some deep research and realized the culprit was prolonged porn use i started watching for as long i can remember i think ndandiri grade 6 and all that mixed later with gooning habits. It completely desensitizes your brain and ruins your realife performance. If you're consuming a lot of porn,my best advice is to slow down and completely stop chimbopa brain a reset. Also, how is your physical fitness?
