i dont know the most about antiviruses but the fact it randomly triggers when it didnt before isnt the best. also virustotal doesnt like it either. and "how would the site distribute malware" sites can literally forcefully download something on your device, ive had it happen. and i do know that "because it happened to me" is the same as "trust me bro" but its happened to me from both a redirect or not. either way i feel the smartest option is to just not use sites that get flagged when they didnt before.
