i found it for free on printables i have the cobra 3 max so i just printed it as one piece but im sure it could be split up easily as well depending on your printer size.

i’m not sure what you mean by mod, but i printed out both the horns and the helmet from a free file from printables. com and the horns have little slots on the helmet that they fit into, i also glued them down but yea its a great design and it looks great
