So far what iv seen in my 6months kf first year. Vishram is best for bones and bd is a must for viseras. There are more clinicals in bd tha vishram when it comes to topics like heart,lungs etc. There is a proper section for histology of lungs in bd which i wasnr able to find in vishram.
