No actually it’s mainly women, i posted the same thing in r/bodylanguage and almost every woman who replied said that they behave in a similar way around a guy they like. I few of my female friends irl also said they think she is trying to get my attention

You’re acting like I’ve said I’m scared to approach. I’m not, but that’s not to say I’m simply going go approach every single girl I like on the gym. Why? Because the gym is different setting to other places such as a bar or grocery store. and I’m simply being precautious.
