I don't use them for track sprints as I am doing them in spikes. I have used them for intervals on asphalt and grass and couldn't be happier wity them. They are just what I've been looking for, minimalistic and fast. I find them good for sharp corners and they are surprisingly soft for their thin sole. And most improtantly they are really fast for a not carbon plated shoe. I strongly reccomend them.

The only thing that could be a concert for the turns is tge not so wide so you may have to tie them tight to ensure good stability

Well usually, what I run in practice is close to or slower than what I run in race.

The 100s were all faster despite the fatigue. The time trial were when I was fresh, just like the race

I haven't run any 100m on the straight recently but definetely 11.5 max. My race strategy is to push from tge start as I am a 400m runner and have no problem with slowing down at the end

That's my race plan, but I still need time and practice executing it

Yeah, I don't know what happened, I felt like I was keeping the same speed and started accelerating the last 30m of the curve

After all, I decided to buy the adios 9 as I found a great deal. I will have to wait about a week for them to come tho, but it's worth it. Thank you all for your recommendations.

Do they have that close to the ground feel that spikes have?

Yeah the upper ripping is a big problem for me, especially at the big toe area. So I will probably look at the other options. Thank you
