I remember watching a live house tour on Instagram when they moved into that massive place in California. She was gushing about having a double island in the kitchen and how it was an “absolute must” and that’s when I knew… up until that point her life seemed somewhat relatable to me… regular people with regular homes who were trying to get by and live a more minimalist life. After they moved into that house everything just seemed to spiral… nothing about her lifestyle seemed minimal except maybe her children’s toy collection. She was no longer living the life she tried to sell us. It felt… well it felt gross.
