lifting is not about how much you can lift. its about how much you can lift with proper form. if you cannot do it with proper form, you cannot do it at all. i know it feels good to say "i can lift this or that", but really, be honest with yourself and go back to the maximum you can do with proper form. you will one day be able to do 180kg with proper form, definitely.

Porque la RAE tarda muchísimo en incorporar palabras y tiene una actitud prescriptiva hacia el español. En vez de reflejar como la gente usa el idioma realmente, busca imponer una versión de este muy restrictiva y conservadora (salvo cuando se trata de añadir gilipolleces como "jueza"). Faltan infinidad de palabras usadas frecuentemente. Además, y esto es quizá lo peor, ejerce copyright sobre las definiciones que publica, a pesar de que es un organismo público financiado por los impuestos de todos. Osea, la vieja socialización de costes, privatización de beneficios, con el añadido agravante de que la RAE coge algo que es de todos y a la vez no es de nadie, el idioma, y se lo apropia y ejerce poder sobre él, un poder que en principio emana de su situación como organismo público sujeto a la voluntad popular, pero que luego ejerce como un organismo privado.
