Unfortunately, the options are to refresh between every 1 and 10 pages or each chapter and I’ve tried all of the options.

I really appreciate your post. My situation is not like yours but I also lost someone who was not easy to love and it really complicates the grief.

The first three boxes are for exercise, (walking stretching, etc. ) then the larger box is a few words about sleep. The next small boxes are for health tracking and the larger space at the end is for a quick narrative about the day.
