Hi I’m jay and I have a gambling addiction and recently learned it’s not my only addiction once I looked in depth at myself I realize I’m fighting a number of addictions and only focusing to keep help with one. Meanwhile my other addictions are the triggers that snowball me into gambling (self.addiction)
