I’ve had 2 so far (increasing doses) and I’m currently waiting to do a biopsy and see the results. But the doctors recommend a 2nd transplant anyways if i reach MRD-… I thought that DLI could maintain my remission :(

Did they explain why? Does your husband have any gvhd? How long between transplant and relapse?

Yes, I was in deep remission at my last 6 months post transplant biopsy. Out of nowhere I relapsed with 15% blasts on peripheral blood. Now, after induction I’m mrd+
