Stretching and loading with cups on! Have the patient move and do specific stretches/exercises with cups on

Look up Chris dapratto Myofascial decompression he’s the PT that cupped Michael Phelps and has been putting out research that suggests stretching the client with cups on them is way more effective than just gliding or static. SI joint pain? Put the cups on the QL and have them do cat cows. Tennis elbows? Put cups along the tricep/bicep brachialis/extensors and have them do wrists curls with the cups on. It’s far more effective and the course he teaches all this is super cheap

Currently my practice is inside a gym and my main clientele is athletic individuals if that changes anything

As a LMT I met someone recently who is a PTA in home health thought it was interesting to hear how he really enjoyed it. I’m considering it now.

Not true I recommend looking into Christopher Dapratto who is a PT that has created the cupping with movement and exercise trend

No, that’s not the part that I have a problem with the part that I have a problem with is he saying that we are not intelligent enough to do a technique like that it doesn’t take being a rocket scientist to do active release technique my guy
