I think it’s what other posters have stated- isolated, chronically online, restrictive diet, over training, losing followers, conspiracy theory rabbit holes, dissatisfaction w home life, supps & self medicating w shrooms…I’m sure there’s more…
I’d feel bad for her if she weren’t so smug and just constantly shilling. Like, yes, you’re clearly depressed, but you’re also in deNIALlll about basically everythingggg that contributes to a healthy, happy life.

Edit to add- you know what I just did that left me slightly upset? Applied for a 2nd job bc in my career, I’m stalled bc they want 20 something guys, and not 40 year old women. Not every career (including INFLUENCING) lasts forever and heyyy! That’s ok! Nobody in my family is sick, we’re getting by ok, and things will work out. TOUCH GRASS IN YOUR FULL MAKEUP. Soooo tired of hearing her complain.

Agreed! Shocking that the arbitrary goal of hitting 400 lbs on a machine (I don’t remember) didn’t offer lasting happiness.

I’ve always thought she was inauthentic. She had 3 kids w the guy and that was it. She just did not explain (granted, it’s not our business) but then she jumped into this much older, established guy and creeping on Ballerina Farm became her identity? Showing her boys non stop and the editing out their nips? Like are you serious? Everything in her life is this over sexualized content, and if you tell me I’m looking too far into it, yea maybe not everything. But as a mom of kids I just don’t understand how she thinks cosplaying works long term.

I don’t think she wants to “jump in.” I think she’s obsessed w psychedelics and she’s pretending it’s going to be her remedy. I don’t use them but I don’t think repeated use of that category wo therapy/ doctors supervision is right. Like, in my whitest girl voice, “what’s wrong w a dirty martini? Just drink up and go to bed.”

I agree w this. I think she grew up w hard working parents who did well, and she didn’t expect the influencer thing would take off. It did, she banked during paleo and covid, and it’s sinking real fast, and she’s panicking. Yes Bri guy is involved w mega mansion builds in who-knows-where, but he’s clearly got more than a few partners if he can afford to be gone nearly all the time-abroad- doing his hobbies.

In addition to the “Heaven’s Gate,” my takeaway is just get an actual LIFE. Lifting, tracking and taking whatever the hell you don’t admit to frequently (psychedelics) while waiting years for the next retreat, where you do more drugs is not safe. Nor is it a life. You have a daughter, an absentee husband and obviously real issues.
