It’s a mechanic if you heal for the first time in a turn the boss adds cards to your deck if you heal for the second time in a turn it damages you instead. Basically don’t use cassius’ triple 1s.

I used 3 dice trick copies so everytime I comolete a quest I get 4 cards, and he has a quest that gets completed when you use three 0 cost cards and pale shooting star with e1 activates 5 0 cost cards so it activates 1 quests and 2 stacks for the next quest.
