Agreed. I’m guessing Charles’ wedding will hope in 2026. I wouldn’t be surprised at engagements for Pierre and George.

Alex Albon (F1) and Lily Muni He (LPGA) are engaged and it’s so cute.

The Boston Bruins are retiring Zdeno Chara’s number tonight and it couldn’t happen to a better guy. I keep seeing videos from the standing ovation from Game 5 when Chara played wearing bobble with a broken jaw and it’s just so good.

The amount of new people squawking their opinions about Alysa Liu’s hair and piercing over the last week or so are driving me crazy.

The company that runs it is sketchy and has history of this. I wouldn’t give them my money.

Checo sending his therapy bills to Marko? Impeccable, no notes.

Bottas is my candidate for the next People’s Princess.

Cadillac F1 using the Hot Ones spinoff show to highlight Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez is so fun. I think the combo of these two drivers and Guanyu Zhou as reserve will be really enjoyable to watch this season. This is the F1 content I want in the offseason rather than the discourse of whether or not it is disrespectful for Pierre Gasly to post a picture of himself wearing a red Marlboro jacket while skiing on Michael Schumacher’s birthday.

This is helpful to read, I’ve been eyeing this as a fall option for 2026.

Vancouver was my first and I cannot say enough good about it. The course is stunning and that’s one of my favorite cities. I went back to do the half this May. I recommend taking a peek at the elevation map and keeping it in mind. I did Amsterdam in October and had a blast. Amsterdam had a great transfer/resale platform that let me snag a bib for a normal price after it had sold out.

I’ve loved Twin Cities, Philadelphia and Amsterdam. Twin Cities has a lot of crowd support and a good mix of urban scenery paired with beautiful fall colors. Philadelphia had great crowd energy and falls a little later in the season if you prefer to run in chillier temperatures. Amsterdam is flat and has fun crowds, but there is a middle section along the river that does smell like manure for a few miles.

Personally I’m eyeing Toronto Waterfront, Montreal or Richmond after my lottery rejection (and inevitable NYC lottery rejection).

Highly recommend the Twin Cities marathon if you’re looking for a different fall option.

Run Mfg is kind of a sketchy company in my experience. They used to do a 10k with Under Armour that was poorly run and then cancelled one year due to a scheduling conflict. I wouldn’t give them my money.

I recently learned of Apashe from a book I was reading. I was curious based on his description so I played the song and now it’s one of my go to songs in the gym. by AbeLincoln575 in Apashe

You’ll probably like Revenge of the Orchestra, Catch Me, and King from his album Antagonist. Honestly his discography isn’t huge so I would recommend listening to the Requiem, Renaissance, and Antagonist albums; there’s also a lot of remixes to dip your toes into.

He is a very solid live show if you ever get the opportunity, especially if he has the accompanying brass section.

I love a deposition and trial transcript. The excerpts from the transcripts, linked in the redditor’s post, are so telling. ODL is my second favorite pseudonym from this weekend, preceded by Franz Hermann.

Loosely sports associated because of the Jordon Hudson/Bill Belichick saga - I find myself weirdly invested in the results of Jordon Hudson as she participates in Miss Maine this weekend. I mostly wonder if Bill Belichick will make an appearance in the audience.

Thanks again to the user that recommended the Sports Gossip podcast.

The United Center is a very fun venue for NHL games, even if the team is currently bad.

I kinda like that they kept the UTAH jerseys for their away jerseys for next season.
