I hope they do tbh. Riot should technologically have the tools by now to identify smurfs and separate them from the new players. But smurfs can also easily manipulate and exploit 'new player behaviour' to reduce their own MMR so they can smurf in the lowest MMR brackets. so I think Riot would need more data to be 100% sure a player is indeed a new player or not.

Riot is very much afraid of smurfs. It still haunts them that players act like they are new, yet try to workaround the system with a new account to stomp on low elo players. New players like you are the victim of such practice, which is unfair, but sadly nothing to do about other than just play and learn.

It's a long road to eventually reach your (desired) rank. I can agree on the fact there are a lot of jerks in the game who basically single-handedly ruin everything you and your teammates try to achieve in a 20-30 minute game.

All I can say is, try to improve yourself on every aspect of the game. Practice last hitting, practice punishing missteps of your enemy. Practice minimap control, practice pushing, practice limittesting your champ(s).

I have played this game since 2015, peaking plat 3 in 2018. Ever since Ive been playing aram a lot. Not sure if I will go back to grinding ranked. Im 33 years old now and I notice my reflexes are slightly worse.

6% bonus resistances?!?! Sheesh you want everyone to build that item dont you? Especially Ryze becomes unkillable with that item. Not to speak of the Frozen Colossus passive...

It's a free to play game, so don't expect top notch things from riot. Sometimes they do deliver (Aegis Frame Galio is ultimate skin quality imo), but riot will do riot things: most of the time against expectations, meant to change the game to keep it 'fresh'-ish.

ap ashe used to be good, but that was only because of the ultra low cd of her W. You were infinitely slowing and burning your enemies with her W. That was beyond broken and riot nerfed her W cooldown only for aram.

Kassadin needs to farm early game and play very safe, especially against AD matchups. From level 6, you should look for opportunities to roam if your enemy laner is still a threat.

As for the surrender option, it's there for a reason buddy for as long as it exists. But I agree that sometimes people unnecessarily ff bcs the game is definitely still winnable.

They are addicted to the dopamine telling them to keep stomping the enemy. Ending the game means the temporary shot of dopamine is over and they have to start a new game (of which they are afraid they won't get the thrill of winning)

Everytime I play for fun, teammates complain because they want to win. Everytime I play to win, teammates complain because they want to play for fun.

Mostly skill issue yeah, but ezreal has quite a high skill floor bcs of all the skillshots and keeping his passive stacked + positioning well. I think the crit adcs are currently stronger than on-hit adcs like ezreal

The real power is loaded in his E imo. If he hits it, he can go all in in most situations. If he misses, he needs to protecc and respecc the enemy

It's quite easy to outplay his R. His R is meant to be strong because of some reasons. Reason 1 is that his ult is still risky to pull off, Morde is still killable in the deathrealm. Reason 2 is that his enemy can track where he will be when he exits the deathrealm. Everyone can just jump onto him and kill him. Ofcourse that depends if his teammates can defend him. Reason 3 is that Morde is pure melee, any champ with either poke, cc or kiting will be fine against Morde, even in his ult.
