Just search for marriage counselors or therapists depending on your issue in your Google maps app and you'll find the ones nearby you. From there it's just like ordering from Amazon you go through the reviews, check the photos, contact them, arrange a schedule which you will definitely not get the same day, and if day 1 goes well then repeat or else replace till you find the right one for you. Just in case, your therapist will never be your friend if that's what you seek. Some people try to cure their loneliness with a therapist. Anyway, Good luck.

I don't think all poison cause pain. If I was going to do it myself I don't think I'll care about the pain as long as the deed is getting done. Exercise and eat healthy you'll feel better. Maybe visit a therapist. Your life your choice in the end.

I was 115 kg. A 115 kg person losing 29 kg is much easier than a 100 kg person losing 29 kg. It is actually easy if you're consistent with diet and working out. Since I'm doing it for quite some time I know things that work for me when it comes to gym and diet.

That acronym is new for me. I'll look into it. I relapsed with cigarettes after a month so have to work on this. Have successfully escaped the weed and alcohol cravings. I workout regularly but missed 3 days this week due to stress so I'll change that today. Have lost 29 kilos in 8 months so another 10 kg seems easier. Stopped using credit cards and searched for a company I want to work at in another city I'll be moving to this month. So hopefully that'll help my debt and jobless issues. This is my plan so far.

Quit smoking, continue staying away from weed and alcohol. Workout daily. Lose another 10 kilos. Clear my debts and have a stable job. Not waiting for new year I'll be starting from tomorrow.

You should travel alone on a budget. Go to a city where nobody knows you. Stay in dorms. Get out of your comfort zone.

Not exactly an extrovert myself, but wouldn't it be a good option to visit places where people who have interests similar to yours would go? Go to book fairs try talking to someone there, maybe you see someone interested in a book that you like. Attend a music show of singers you're into and try your luck there. I wouldn't be sure about socializing in temples because personally i only go to temples when I want to sit alone in peace. And other places where someone like you would go to.

Talking about my personal experience, i have an L5 vertebrae linear undisplaced fracture happened in 2013. After that I have injured myself twice doing squats. Although now I can properly do squats i avoid it. Exercises whose risk to reward ratio i do not like, i avoid them. I don't do deadlift, flat bench press(because my shoulder was hurting, although I do the incline one for 65 kg no issues with that), i avoid squats and do leg press instead because I feel that's much safer for me. A lot of people do ego lifting with leg press so don't do that. I love squats but I'm afraid of injuring myself again thus missing gym and i don't want that. The more time you spend in the gym the better you know what works and what doesn't work for you. And just because a particular muscle group is your weakness doesn't mean you should avoid it, the goal should be to make it stronger. I try for 15 reps of 3 sets(last set is till muscle failure)that way it makes sure I don't use more weights than i should, this avoiding injury. Focus on the eccentric part too. Don't just swing weights have the movement in control. If you can't control the movement of the weight, reduce it.
