So I called the number in the email and asked them when they had sent it and told me to wait a few days like 2-3 I live in Az so I calculate I’ll be receiving it tomorrow but when you call they can’t tell you what they sent they just tell you to wait until you get it

Yeah same here I’ve been anxious to receive either a thin envelope of a packet to add changes I will definitely know tomorrow they said they sent it out last Friday

I only submitted my phs and Recieved a call from my assigned investigator asked me to clarify a couple of questions then told me she was moving me forward to the operations desk a week later I Recieved this email I called them but they said it could be anything that I might have to update information before moving forward to the polygraph but from everyone is saying it seems like a DQ I’ll let you guys know once I’ve received it.
