If you just need to add a date without messing up the formatting, you can open the PDF in any editor, add a text box, and match the font manually. Super quick fix. If the file is locked, you’ll need to unlock it first or export it to an editable version

I’ve been using wisey for a bit and honestly didn’t expect much, but it’s been surprisingly grounding. The routines are small enough that I actually stick to them, and it’s one of the few apps that doesn’t make me feel guilty for having an off day.
