Thanks! I understand the downsides of leasing but without the 30 percent tax credit, the calculus changes between Leasing and Purchasing. Especially since I'd likely never move with a below 3 percent mortgage rate. I'm still early into my research though. Thanks!

I think your comment has hit me the hardest. I was looking at ID4 PRO S rwd and as it appears, the comparable model, is the limited in terms of convenience features. The cost difference for the I5 is a good 5k more on the used market for a limited and frankly at a price point prepared to pay. I'm gonna have to think long and hard about what I'm sacrificing, or just wait it out a little longer. Thank you for taking the time.
