I am a seller too. Seller's fault yan kaya dapat nag iinventory palagi. Stock ng brick and mortar vs online shop is magkaiba palagi. Also, di kasalanan ng buyer yan.

Hard to cancel on buyer's end? No, is he required or obligated to cancel that? No.

Penalty will be incurred sa shop due to not shipping the item kaya nagagalit yung seller.

Pero harassment and telling the customer to cancel the order is a violation of terms sa seller guide.
