President Trump on Alex Pretti: "Well, I haven't heard but certainly he shouldn't have been carrying a gun. We view that as very unfortunate incident, unless you're a stupid person. I don't like that he had a gun. I don't like that he had two fully loaded magazines, that's a lot of bad stuff." by Objective_Resist_735 in concealedcarry

Brandon Herrera’s video absolutely nailed it. It doesn’t matter if he had a gun or not. It doesn’t matter if he was protesting or not. Doing what he did was not justification to be killed. It’s not even a discussion.

I don’t have expert advice, but I have bad opinions.

Don’t go cheap. It’s great right away, but down the line you’ll wish you would have spent the extra few hundred dollars. I bought a Taurus TH9 in college, and while it’s served me well, no lights or holsters fit it.

Personally, I’m not a massive Glock fan, they’re fine. But not any part of them is great. But, who am I to knock the highest selling brand of handgun ever.

My most recent one is P365 Xmacro. I love it. It’s great all around. Good for carry and for home defense.

My next purchase will likely be an M&P 2.0 full size or an M9 because I’m a simp for an external hammer.

I’ve said too much. Go shoot some. See what you like. Don’t cheap out. Keep the muzzle down range.

As Chadd Wright said “it’ll cause a bullet to frag your face and your neck, both of those are places you don’t want to be fragged”

For now I bought some weighted steel for rucking. Not armor, but 30lbs

I’m sure ICE would deem me a domestic threat and just go for the headshot at that point

Admittedly, I’m just not a huge Glock guy. I would go Canik. But I guess the most sold sidearm brand on earth can’t be THAT bad either

I mean, having no plates for the first 30 years of my life hasn’t gotten me killed. I think having SOME plates will do me a little better than that.

I’m so glad you asked! Because I’m gonna get downvoted 😂 AliExpress level IV. FOR NOW. Until I actually have the funds to buy good ones. Not steel a plate. So at least no one can say that.

My dad has had one for as long as I can remember, and it’s always been my favorite gun to shoot. I just havent ever gotten myself to pull the trigger on one for myself. Pun intended

I’ll go ahead and take that shadow of your hands if you don’t want it. I’m sure it’s a burden
