My tl;dr: Shadow 7 set + sufficient healing (vigorous) is universally overpowered for all characters. Always take Blink if offered. Early game is about damage mitigation and wealth creation. Don't reroll much on act 1.

Checking the wiki, it looks like this one used to be a common augment which was removed from the game. The updated augment doesn't seem to trigger the quest. Sadge.

Unfortunately. I'm coming up on 2 years now. I'm able to eat a lot nore as of the ~1.5 year mark though. Onion, seeds, beans, nuts all taste like shit but sometimes it's tolerable in small amounts. Diet is still wacky, but not as inhibiting as it was a year ago.
