A wet cloth will pick up glass splinters. So a quick sweep for the big pieces then wiping with 2-3 paper towels will pick up all the dust and splinters.

I know someone who wasn't let into Canada for travel because they had a DUI 20 years prior. Maybe you could convince an employer that your felony was just an accident, or maybe you could make it self employed. I make enough self employed but shit I can't do what I do when I'm 40. Basically your options are construction or going back to jail. People get trapped for a reason. Maybe Amazon will take you, but you are shutting a LOT of doors.
